These terms apply when you buy merchandise on icysoda.com. Placing an order means you agree to them.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we'll refund any payment in full if we do.
Products
Every item is printed to order. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the finished product, and print placement can vary a little from piece to piece. Mockup images show how a design looks on the product and aren't photos of your exact item.
Shipping, returns and replacements
Shipping times, our replacement promise for damaged or misprinted items and our return rules are on the Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.
Designs
All designs, artwork and text on our merchandise and on this site belong to Icy Soda. Buying a product doesn't grant any right to copy, resell or reproduce the designs.
Our responsibility
If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
