Printed to order

Every shirt, tumbler and sticker is printed just for you after you order, by our production partner Printful. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and a little longer around holidays.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is calculated for your exact order and address, and you see it before you pay. Most orders arrive 3–8 business days after they leave production. Items in one order can ship separately if they're made in different facilities.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Something wrong? We'll make it right

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund, your choice.

Returns and exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size details before you order, and reach out if you're unsure. We're happy to help you pick.

Address issues and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it once you confirm the right address, with a new shipping charge.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, or it hasn't moved in 10 days, let us know and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change something, contact us right away. If printing hasn't started yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
