A layered showpiece. Golden passion fruit and pineapple on top, a slow sink of real pomegranate grenadine creating a sunset at the bottom of the glass.
Method
- 1
Fill a glass with ice, then add passion fruit and pineapple syrups.

Top with lemon-lime soda and stir.
- 3
Slowly pour grenadine down the inside of the glass; it will sink and bleed upward.

Garnish with an orange wheel. Don't stir.
