Root Beer Float-ish

Craft root beer, vanilla and a cold-foam cap.

Base
Root Beer
Time
3 minutes
Mood
Classic, Dessert

All the nostalgia of a float with none of the melting. Craft root beer, a splash of vanilla and half-and-half, and a cap of cold foam.

Ingredients

Method

  1. 1

Fill a frosted mug with ice and add vanilla syrup.

  2. 2

Pour in root beer slowly; it foams fast.

  3. 3

    Add half-and-half.

  4. 4

Froth the cold-foam ingredients until thick and glossy, about 20 seconds, then spoon it over the top so it sits like a cloud.

  5. 5

    Top with a cherry.
